NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 15, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 004470 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff and GREG PLATZ; KIMBERLY J. FABLE A/K/A KIMBERLY JEAN FABLE; JOCKEY CLUB OF NORTH PORT PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Court for SARASOTA, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 19th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, IN BLOCK 2642, OF FIFTY-SECOND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, AT PAGES 13 THROUGH 13NN, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
