THE EAST 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 528 FEET OF THAT PART OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. LYING WEST OF POWERLINE ROAD, TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE SOUTH 15 FEET OF THE EAST 1/4 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF SOUTH 528 FEET OF OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 LYING WEST OF POWERLINE ROAD, AND OVER AND ACROSS THE NORTH 15 FEET OF THE EAST 1/4 OF SOUTH 1/2 OF SOUTH 528 FEET OF SAID NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SOUTHEAST 1/4 LYING WEST OF POWERLINE ROAD, IN SAID SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. The above property will be sold on April 25, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, via electronic sale at https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
