Begin 1250.10 feet South and 651.34 feet East of the Northwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 17, Township 26 South, Range 19 East, thence run North 74Ëš26'20” East, a distance of 124.72 feet; thence run on arc to the right, 21.01 feet, chord bearing South 11Ëš46'28” East; thence South 90Ëš09'28” East, a distance of 70.00 feet; thence South 78Ëš51'46' West, a distance of 132.58 feet; thence North 03Ëš50'37” West, a distance of 82.00 feet to the point of beginning.
