NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 24th day of February, 2016, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-005923, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-8 is the Plaintiff and ODIN R. NUNEZ A/K/A ODIN NUNEZ; VILMA Y BANEGAS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 14th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 2, CORRECTED MAP OF LA COVADONGA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE NORTH.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
