NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2015-CA-009235 in the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, Plaintiff, and, EDDIE NASH, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 17th day of May, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 60, BLOCK 8, AYERSWORTH GLEN, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 111, PAGES 166-212, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
