NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-012485 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for HSI Asset Securitization Corporation Trust 2006-HE2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE2, Plaintiff and Sergey Mischenko and Galina Mischenko, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on May 31, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
