NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-001142 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, not in its individual capacity but soley as Trustee for The Certificateholders of The CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-11, Plaintiff and Debra S. Ball are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on April 28, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 24, OF OSCEOLA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
