NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-019451 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Green Tree Servicing LLC, Plaintiff and James Benjamin King a/k/a James B. King a/k/a James King and Debra Lynn Crockett a/k/a Debra Crockett f/k/a Debra Lynn King a/k/a Debra L. King are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on April 22, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 77, TOWN N' COUNTRY PARK UNIT NO. 33, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
