NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 1 March, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-002716 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee For Merrill Lynch First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-3, is the Plaintiff and Main Street Acquisition Corp., Assignee of HSBC Bank Nevada NA, Sandra M. Wint, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 19th of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
