NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated February 20, 2016, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-016321 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein LoanCare, a Division of FNF Servicing, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Robert Delugach; The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and All Other Parties Claiming Interest By, Through, Under or Against the Estate of Robert Delugach, Deceased; Cross Creek Parcel “K” Homeowner's Association, Inc.; Cross Creek II Master Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; All Other Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under, and Against a Named Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead or Alive, Whether Same Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Unknown Spouse of Robert Delugach; Gary Delugach are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 7th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 10, CROSS CREEK PARCEL “K” PHASE 2A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
