NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 1st day of March, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-6165, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2066-HE2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-HE2 is the Plaintiff and REINALDO M. OLIVEIRA A/K/A REINALDO OLIVEIRA; PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN PARTY #1, UNKNOWN PARTY #2, UNKNOWN PARTY #3, AND UNKNOWN PARTY #4 THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION , are defendants.
