NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 10th day of December, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-10934, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, NA, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2004-HE5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-HE5, is the Plaintiff and PETER J. NEMETH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PETER J. NEMETH; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 28th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
