NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated February 23, 2016, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-002235 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-9, is the Plaintiff and Felix Lizardo; Lucila Lizardo a/k/a Lucila P. Lizardo are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on the 12 day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 23 IN BLOCK 5 OF ROCKY POINT VILLAGE UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 100 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA.
