NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated March 18, 2016, and entered in Civil Case No 2012-CA-002570-O of the in the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, Civil Division, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OA8 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA8 is Plaintiff and GEORGIA CURRY, CYNTHIA CURREY; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2. are defendant(s), Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am on May 5, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
