NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 18, 2016, and entered in Case No. 482015CA007963A001OX, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-10 is Plaintiff and MELANIE MARKES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MELANIE MARKES; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-SPS1; LYME BAY COLONY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 29 day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 304, BUILDING #3, LYME BAY COLONY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2579, PAGE 1029, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS FILED THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
