NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015-CA-008161-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-5 is the Plaintiff and Ralph Rohena; Claudia J. Hernandez; Fairway Glen at Meadow Woods Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 25th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 201, PHASE XIII, FAIRWAY GLEN AT MEADOW WOODS, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN INDIVIDUAL INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON EXPENSES APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMIUM RECORDED AT OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5171, AT PAGE 2411, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 35, PAGE 132 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
