NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 13, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-004279-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein ROUNDPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and RONALD JAKEWAY, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 08 day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT UNIT A-109, ALHAMBRA CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2807, PAGE 95 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
