NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of City Commissioners of the City of Ocoee, Florida, will hold a public hearing May 17, 2016, at 7:15 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard, in the City Commission Chambers in City Hall, 150 N. Lakeshore Drive, Ocoee, Florida 34761 to consider the adoption of an ordinance bearing the following title:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA; DISSOLVING THE ARDEN PARK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT PURSUANT TO SECTION 190.046(9), FLORIDA STATUTES; PROVIDING FOR THE DISSOLUTION OF ALL THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES OF THE ARDEN PARK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT IN ACCORDANCE WITH A PLAN OF DISSOLUTION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and be heard by the City Commission on matters pertaining to the proposed ordinance. Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, a person deciding to appeal any decision made by the board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. A copy of the proposed ordinance may be inspected by members of the public at the office of the City Clerk, 150 N. Lakeshore Drive, Ocoee, Florida 34761, (407) 905-3100, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the exception of legal holidays.
