NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 18, 2016, entered in Case No. 2014-CA-009845-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and Hugo Astudillo a/k/a Hugo E. Astudillo; Luz Elena Davalos; Spring Lake villas Homeowners Association of Orange County, Inc.; Orange County, Florida are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 18th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 83, SPRING LAKE VILLAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 101-102, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
