Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2016, entered in Civil Case Number 2015-CA-004117-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and AMAR B. RAMBISOON, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Lot 10, LAKE CAWOOD ESTATES - PHASE II, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 38, Pages 45 and 46, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 22 day of June, 2016. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
