NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, 2015, and entered in 2014 CA 002103 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST SERIES 2006-FF7 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-FF7 is the Plaintiff and CARLOS PALMEIRO; MARTA PALMES; IVAN MARTINEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC, NOMINEE FOR NATIONPOINT A DIVISION OF NAT. CITY BANK; CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA; PRAIRIE CREEK PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
