BOOK 972, PAGES 1910 THROUGH 1956, AS AMENDED, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
