NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, Case No. 15000655CC, in the County Court in and for Charlotte County, Florida, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at: 11 a.m., on the 6th day of June, 2016, the following described property:
Unit 127 and 1/392 interest in the common elements of the HOLIDAY TRAVEL PARK OF ENGLEWOOD, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 701, Pages 1615 through 1647, inclusive, as amended, and in Condominium Book 4, Page 37, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
