NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 8, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-006236 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Bartow, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff and JOSE M. CAMPOS, NITZA IVETTE ORTIZ, ROYAL RIDGE HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC., PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS HUNTWICKE HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26th day of May, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 228, ROYAL RIDGE PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 122, PAGES 39 AND 40, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
