ROSELAINE POLIARD, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ROSELAINE POLIARD; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROSELAINE POLIARD; COLLIER COUNTY, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida; FEDERAL HOME LOAN BANK OF ATLANTA; and THE UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANT(S) IN POSSESSION,

Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 22 day of April, 2016, and entered in case No. 14-CC-001966 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein REFLECTIONS AT JUBILATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and ROSELAINE POLIARD, COLLIER COUNTY and FEDERAL HOME LOAN BANK OF ATLANTA are Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Government Complex, 3rd Floor Lobby, Courthouse Annex, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 on the 23 day of May, 2016 at 11:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit No. 5, Building 53 of Reflections at Jubilation, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3096, Page 1624, Public Records of Collier County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
