YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Collier County, Florida:
Lot 13, Block E, Lakewood Unit No. 4, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 27, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
has been filed against you and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on J.
