Carlson A/K/A Joseph Hubert Carlson, Deceased are the Defendants, that Stacy Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM, on the 27th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 791, OF CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, UNIT NO. 2, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 36 AND 37, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
