NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2016, and entered in 2008-CA-002319 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF NATIXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2007-HE2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE2 IS HEREBY SUBSTITUTED AS PARTY PLAINTIFF IN THE PLACE OF DEUTSCHE BANK, TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS F/K/A BANKER'S TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE AND CUSTODIAN FOR NATIXIS 2007-HE2 is the Plaintiff and KEVIN NGUYEN; THU YU NGUYEN; FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY; BENJAMIN B. BROWN, ESQ. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on May 23, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 78, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 26, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 15 AND 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
