NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-002211, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE MOLLY REED REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED JULY 30, 1998; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE MOLLY REED REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JULY 30, 1998; LAKEWOOD VILLAS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A LAKEWOOD VILLAS I HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of Court for COLLIER, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the LOBBY on the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of MAY, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1/72 INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON AREAS OF LAKEWOOD VILLAS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
