NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 27, 2016, in Case No. Case No. 2015-CA-001877, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which RIVERSTONE AT NAPLES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and Brandie Jane Dixon is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse 3315 Tamiami Trl E Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 am on May 23, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 95, Saturnia Falls - Phase One, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 51, Page 1, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida and all amendments thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNERS AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
