NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Forclosure dated the 2 day of May, 2016, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 11-2015-CA-002139-0001-XX, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the public sale, on the 3rd floor lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on May 23, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 49, BLOCK F, FOXFIRE UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE(S) 101 THROUGH 103, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
