NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 08, 2016, and entered in 11-2014-CA-000153-00 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF NOMURA HOME EQUITY LOAN, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINE E. SMITH; RONALD SMITH; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL, at 11:00 AM on May 23, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
