NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-050179 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-NCS ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF WALTER S. GEE, IV, DECEASED; KAREN S. GEE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KAREN S. GEE N/K/A AARON FOREMAN; AUSTIN CHANNING GEE; CASEY BRENNAN GEE, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 25 day of May, 2016, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 3, GREENBRIAR, UNIT 1, SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE(S) 1 THROUGH 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
