NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 21, 2016, and entered in 14-CA-052093 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDTIORS, TRUSTEE,S BENEFICIARES AND ALL OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF RINALDO GUIDONE A/K/A RAY GUIDONE A/K/A RINALDO MARTINO GUIDONE, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, BENEFICIARIES AND ALL OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ROSE P. BROWN, DECEASED; JACQUELINE A. BROWN, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ROSE P. BROWN; CHRISTIE L. Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on May 25, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit::
