NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 6, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2014 CA 007330 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and BRAD FLATTERY A/K/A BRADFORD T. FLATTERY A/K/A BRADFORD THOMAS FLATTERY A/K/A BRADFORD FLATTERY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC F/K/A GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION C/O CT CORPORATION SYSTEM C/O CT CORPORATION SYSTEM REGISTRED AGENT; CITIBANK, (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on May 23, 2016 at 9:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 2856 AND 2857, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 10, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 46, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
