AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff and NORMA L. SHARP, UNKNOWN TENANT OCCUPANT, FICTITIOUS SPOUSE OF FREDERICK SHARP A/K/A FREDERICK WESLEY SHARP A/K/A FREDERICK W. SHARP, SR., DECEASED, BANK OF AMERICA, NA, FICTITIOUS SPOUSE OF NORMA SHARP A/K/A NORMA L. SHARP, REGINA ZAKOTNIK, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF NORMA SHARP A/K/A NORMA L. SHARP, UNKNOWN HEIRS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS AND ALL PERSONS, FIRMS OR ASSOCIATIONS CLAIMING RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST FROM OR UNDER FREDERICK SHARP A/K/A FREDERICK WESLEY SHARP A/K/A FREDERICK W. SHARP, SR., DECEASED, REGINA ZAKOTNIK AKA REGINA ZAKOTNEK, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, ANITA BROWN, OLIVIA PIONTEK, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST NORMA SHARP AKA NORMA L. SHARP AKA NORMA LEE SHARP, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANITA BROWN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OLIVIA PIONTEK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF REGINA ZAKOTNIK AKA REGINA ZAKOTNEK, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of June, 2016 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND IN SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA, VIZ: LOT 10 BLOCK J, SOUTH GATE RIDGE SUBDIVISION, UNIT 3, PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 93 AND 93A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
SUBJECT TO ALL VALID RESERVATIONS, RESTRICTIONS AND EASEMENTS OF
RECORD.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
