NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 28, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2015CA005045NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein RBC BANK (GEORGIA), N.A. is Plaintiff and CHRISTINA A. SALOIO, PARK VIEW CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A CATHY KEEHAN, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 N/K/A KEVIN BENKERT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINA A. SALOIO N/K/A JOHN MAGILSON, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of June, 2016 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 8, Building 954, Park View Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Instrument Number 2005108535, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
