NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 28, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-860 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CMLTI 2005-7 is Plaintiff and DAVID FRANKLING, LAURA A DORSEY, DOUGLAS L BOLLING, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, SOUTHBAY YACHT AND RACQUET CLUB OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER OF U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ND, SUNTRUST BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA KRISS CARLIN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOUGLAS L BOLLING, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAURA A DORSEY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of June, 2016 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 233, SOUTHBAY YACHT AND RACQUET CLUB, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
