NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 6, 2016, entered in Case No. 2014 CA 006840 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Navy Federal Credit Union is the Plaintiff and Sandra Lee Gray; Unknown Spouse of Sandra Lee Gray; Vistas on Beneva Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 23rd day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 705, VISTAS ON BENEVA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS AS INSTRUMENT #2004132741, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 37, PAGE 7, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
