NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 21, 2016, entered in Case No. 2014 CA 006191 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and William E. Brown; The Unknown Spouse of William E. Brown; William J. Zaremba; The Unknown Spouse of William J. Zaremba; Any and all Unknown Parties Claiming by, though, under, or against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may claim an interest as Spouses , Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Las Palmas of Sarasota Condominium Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 20th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 201, BUILDING NO. 6, OF LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA, A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN CLERK'S FILE NO. 2004247846, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
