Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 24, 2016, and the Order on Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on April 11, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the office of Paula S. O`Neil - AWS, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
