Final Judgment was awarded on April 6, 2016 in Civil Case No. 512014CA002141CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and WILLIAM RAMOS; FELICITA RAMOS; FEDERAL TRUST SERVICES, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILTY COMPANY, AS; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF TRUST NO. 3546, DATED JUNE 19, 2013; HUNTING CREEK MULTI-FAMILY HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A STEVEN ORTIZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A KIM SHANNON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
