NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 6, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-000408 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAE LOAN TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff, and BONITA K. ALVAREZ A/K/A BONITA ALVAREZ A/K/A BONITA MAYLE A/K/A BONITA K. MAYLE, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 31st day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 132 feet of the West 182 feet of the North 1/2 of the South 330 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of Southwest 1/4 of Section 27, Township 24 South Range 21 East, LESS Street on the North and South sides, Pasco County, Florida.
Property Address: 14024 21st Street, Dade City, FL 33525
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
