NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 13, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-002309-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE GSAMP TRUST 2006-NCI MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-NCI, is Plaintiff, and STEPHEN J. NIELSON A/K/A STEPHEN J. NIELSEN, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 1st day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, VIZ:
LOT 109, COLONIAL MANOR UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED ON PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 3529 Cantrell Street, New Port Richey, FL 34652
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
