NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 13, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-007584-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Green Tree Servicing, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Gary P. Trivette, Gary P. Trivette as successor co trustee of the Trivette Family Trust Agreement Dated August 8 2006, Tenant # 1 also known as Thomas C. Dunn, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Trivette Family Trust Agreement Dated August 8 2006, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 2nd of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 345, VIRGINIA CITY UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 110, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
