NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 4, 2016, entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-000140WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Nomura Asset Acceptance Corporation, Alternative Loan Trust, Series 2005-WF1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse Of Iwona M Hass A/K/A Iwona Hass; Florida Housing Finance Corporation; Unknown Tenant(s) In Possession; Iwona Hass a/k/a Iwona Hass are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 23rd day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1090, THE LAKES UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 129-131, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
