NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 20, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 2016CA000226CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and CHRIS MCLEOD; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A JEFF GARDNER;, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 20th day of June, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 41, THE MEADOWS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 109-112, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
