BERTHELOT A/K/A DIANNE B BERTHELOT; HOME AMERICA SERVICES, INC., A DELAWARE CORPORATION; CAVALRY PORTFOLIO SERVICE, LLC AS ASSIGNEE OF CAVALRY INVESTMENTS LLC, AS ASSIGNEES OF ECAST SETTLEMENT CORP.
