NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 21, 2016, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-021340 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST BANK is the Plaintiff and, GREG HEIMANN, et al., are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property at public sale on July 11, 2016 to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the prescribed date at http://hillsborough.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in said Judgment to wit:
BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF LOT 13, IN BLOCK 47 OF DAVIS ISLANDS RIVIERA ISLE SECTION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, 8.75 FEET (ARC MEASUREMENT) NORTHERLY OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 13, RUN THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF LOTS 13 AND 14 OF SAID BLOCK 47, 86.25 FEET (ARC MEASUREMENT) TO A POINT 5.0 FEET (ARC MEASUREMENT) SOUTHERLY FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 14, THENCE EASTERLY 149.95 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 14, 5.0 FEET SOUTHERLY FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 14, THENCE SOUTH 7Ëš 50'02” EAST 45.87 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 14, THENCE SOUTH 3Ëš37'17” WEST ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 13, 41.42 FEET, THENCE WESTERLY 157.05 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
