JOHNSON A/K/A SHIRLEY L. BRIM, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 27th day of May, 2016, the following described property:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA LOT 15, BLOCK 15, OF CLAIR-MEL CITY UNIT NO. 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEROF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
